In November of 2018, Graycliff Capital Partners, LLC successfully finalized the acquisition of a two asset portfolio in Duncan, SC.
River Falls, a 232-unit Class A multi-family community was built in 2008. Berry Shoals, a 248 unit Class B+ multi-family community was built in 2003. Both communities are located between Greenville and Spartanburg near interstate I-85.
The area is home to many regional and international employers such as BMW, Michelin, and the South Carolina Inland Port, an award-winning school district, and minutes away from the Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport.
Graycliff plans to implement a value-add program at each community to upgrade interior units, and make improvements to common area amenities.
