CBRE|Raleigh Land Services group was pleased to have represented Franklin Village, LLC in its sale of 10.08 acres of land at 1891 S. Franklin Street in Wake Forest, NC known as Greenway Village Heritage. The tract was purchased by Greenway Village Apartments, LLC, an affiliate of Graycliff Capital Partners, who plans to construct a 182-unit apartment complex.

“This was a great opportunity for the Buyer to acquire an entitled multifamily property in the highly successful Heritage mixed-use project, which will allow them to start construction and deliver apartments much quicker than normal due to the approvals in hand,” said Senior Vice President Barry Bowling.

Greenway Village at Heritage will consist of three residential buildings, all elevator served. Community amenities include a resort-style, saltwater pool and a clubhouse featuring unique lounging spaces with bar-area seating, as well as a fitness center with a cycling room. Other common amenities include a community fire pit, grilling stations, and dog park. Designed with high-quality finishes, all units will include full kitchens with extended granite countertops for bar-seating. Other special unit features will be ‘faux-wood’ luxury vinyl plank flooring, walk-in showers, walk-in closets, in-home washers and dryers, and private balconies. Construction is scheduled to start in May 2021 with pre-leasing of units expected to begin in early Fall 2022.
